Is parking available at the Duel guest house?

Yes, private parking is available for a fee directly on the premises of the guest house. Capacity is limited, so we recommend booking in advance.

What is the access route by car?

Turn from Londýnská Street onto the one-way Moskevská Street. On the left you will see a building with a yellow PENSION sign. Approximately 50 meters before the entrance, there is a single turn to the left into the courtyard, where there is a parking lot for guests.

Do you offer electric car charging?

We currently do not offer electric car charging.

Arrival and departure

What time is check-in?

The standard check-in time is between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive outside these hours, please contact the reception in advance and we will arrange an individual solution.

Is a later arrival possible?

Yes, an individual check-in time can be arranged by prior arrangement.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is standardly 10:00 (can be adjusted according to your actual conditions).

Is it possible to store luggage after check-out?

Yes — luggage storage is possible even after checking out of the room.

Meals

Is breakfast included in the price of accommodation?

Breakfast is not automatically included in the price of stay, but it can be purchased for a fee.

Internet

Is Wi-Fi available in the guesthouse?

Yes, wireless internet access is free of charge in all rooms and common areas of the guesthouse.

Rooms and facilities

Do the rooms have a private bathroom?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with a private bathroom.

What is the difference between a Standard and Comfort room?

The Comfort room offers a larger area, carpet, a view of the courtyard and a bathroom equipped with a built-in hairdryer. There is one such room on each floor and it can be adjusted as a full-fledged triple room.

Do you offer quadruple rooms?

Larger rooms can be converted into quadruple rooms with an extra bed. This solution is especially suitable for families with children.

Are the rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms are non-smoking. There is a designated area in the courtyard with a seating area for smokers.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

There is no air conditioning in the guesthouse. On tropical days, we recommend booking a room facing the courtyard, where it is usually cooler.

Is it possible to store a bicycle?

Yes, we offer guests a safe place to park their bicycles.

Is it possible to accommodate a pet?

Unfortunately, accommodation with pets is not possible in our guesthouse.

Does the guesthouse have an elevator?

No, however, upon agreement, we can offer rooms on the ground floor or on the 1st floor – ideal for guests with larger luggage or limited mobility.

Payment

What are the cancellation policies?

We deal with cancellation policies individually for larger reservations. For regular smaller reservations, we do not require a cancellation policy as standard, just make an agreement.

Is a deposit required?

For regular smaller reservations, a deposit is not required.

Do you issue tax documents for companies?

Yes — we will issue a tax document (sales slip) during the accommodation procedure.

Is accommodation on invoice possible?

Yes, after our approval, accommodation on invoice is possible, especially for larger reservations. However, it is necessary to provide a written order.
